Green Pool water and Dutch ladies visit

Two subjects, running in tandum. We had a spell of problems with the pool water turning various colours, its all to do wth the chemical balance and when it goes green the balance is out. Anyway we "worried it" back into line and within a few hours it went from this murkey green to a clear blue.

Currently its a crystal perfect blue but we all peer at the pool in suspicon and mutter to ourselves, "think its going green again today" but so far all seems perfect again

I agreed to put up for 2 weeks, 3 ladies from Holland who are here to visit the orphanage and to view the labours of their fundraising efforts, see the progress of the children, bring joy and presents and generally see the Philippines.

Nelleke has been here plenty of times but the other two ladies, Margaret and Annita are on their first visit and although there was some culture shock, they have had a great time.

They are staying in our guest area and so are fairly self contained and we have worked out the key situation so they can come and go without always disturbing us. They leave friday morning, just 2 days left for them, for us, onwards and upwards.
